Haydee Zelideth

Haydee Zelideth, Yale

Haydee is a costume designer that grew up straddling two cultures, that of Mexico and the United States.

She believes that clothes, in their own way tell stories about who we are, who we are not, and who we want to be.   Haydee is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.  Prior to attending Yale, she worked in theatre, opera and film in Austin, Texas.  At the Yale School of Drama, Haydee designed the world premiere of Aditi Brennan Kapil’s Imogen Says Nothing (Yale Rep), Skin of Our Teeth (Yale School of Drama) and many Yale Cabaret shows.  Haydee is the recipient of the Schubert Scholarship and the Jay & Rhonda Keene Scholarship.
